Tunturilammet Lapp hut

The Tunturilammet Sami Hut is on the north-western side of Käyräs Fell, 55.9 km north of Rovaniemi.

The spacious, log-built hut is on the northern shore of a pond. It features a fireplace and benches. There is a woodshed and outhouse nearby.

Directions: drive 60.4 km out of Rovaniemi along Sodankyläntie; turn left on Niesintie; drive 3.7 km; turn right on Lapintie; drive 400 m; turn right on the forest road; drive 130 m to the intersection; turn left onto the road leading to the mast on Käyräs Fell; drive 2.3 km to the boom; continue on foot 2.8 km; turn left on the winter road; walk 950 m; turn left on the winter road; walk 470 m to the turning point; continue north-west to the pond and circle the shoreline to the left; continue 850 m to the hut on the other side of the pond.
